GitHub locked us out of our code bases and enterprise account with no resolution for 5 weeks now #167200

Select Topic AreaQuestion BodyOur organization is currently experiencing a complete account lockout it's been over 5 weeks, which github belives it may be due to operating in a sanctioned country. We want to clarify that our company is fully based in Chicago, Illinois, and we strictly conduct business only within the United States. We have already submitted multiple tickets and appeals outlining that our internal policy explicitly prohibits any form of business outside the USA. Unfortunately, the lockout appears to have been triggered while I was on vacation — I briefly accessed my laptop to review some emails from my team, and the account was subsequently locked alongside every member in the orgnization. |
