Benefits have not arrived after 3-4 days

Hi everyone,

Basically the title.
My request got approved, I am waiting for perks, and it's just been radio silence. However, in my free time, I have been doing the courses that don't require a perk provided by GitHub, so I've just been kinda sitting there like the dummy I am.
I wanna plan on getting in touch with support but I'm not really sure if I want to considering it's going to take a long time.

I believe my last time it also took quite some time. That being said, given the situation, you might want to reach out for the support. If meanwhile you get the benefits, problem solved. If not, at least you will be one step closer to solve the problem, no matter how long they take to get back to you.

no need to worry, its the busy start of the academic season so GitHub may take longer, right now it can take up to a week to receive benefits.
Rest assured you will receive them soon.

You'll get a PRO badge on your profile once benefits become available:

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Problem is I redeemed my Copilot pro offer early on the education.github.com dashboard... is that bad?

Hey, @thesomewhatyou, it's not possible to claim an offer if the benefits aren't available yet, so don't worry, just wait until your PRO badge show up and then you'll be able to claim the offers included in the Student Developer Pack.
