I ended up regenerating the bindings over the last couple of months more times than I would like and given that I do not have Ubuntu, I had to do that in containers, every time figuring out how to do that. This time, I wrote a simple containerfile, which I am dropping here. I do not know if it might be useful for anyone else, but if so, I would be happy to incorporate it. Not sure if in this form or in this place, but I am open for suggestions where it would be better placed.
