[WIP] Address lint error in Breadcrumb overflow styling PR

• Add breadcrumb overflow styling with variant prop
• Add CSS cleanup and consolidation

• Fix lint error in styled-react package

Fixed ESLint import/named errors for BoxProps, SxProp, and BetterSystemStyleObject by separating type-only imports from value imports. This resolves the module resolution issue that was causing the linter to fail to find these TypeScript type exports.
