Importing causalpy changes matplotlib style

This seems a bit opinionated. Would it makes sense to remove?

I'm following the commit history (5fb6b29). Would hiding within result.plot be a better option?

I agree. I think that's reasonable. I assume that would not change the plot style on importing causalpy, but it still would after a call to a .plot method is called. Fancy doing a PR for that?
