I can't see to reproduce this in Firefox, can you give me more details of the version of FF you've seen this behaviour? There's a already some reset css to do the outline reset.

Description
Fixed unwanted outline appearing on input elements in Firefox browser.
Modified CSS to remove outline specifically for Firefox while maintaining styles in other browsers.
