Fixed support for kernel versions newer than > 5.3

@miguelqvd I also wish this was still being paid attention to. I was able to get it to compile for 6.12.10 on Arch but haven't been able to get the touchbar to light up even using the 1-3 usb unbind and bind commands. I see it in dmesg and it appears to be working but it just doesn't do anything.

After my build and reboot apparently just shutting the macbook down completely and bringing it back up allowed the

echo '1-3' | sudo tee /sys/bus/usb/drivers/usb/unbind
echo '1-3' | sudo tee /sys/bus/usb/drivers/usb/bind

commands to bring my Touchbar to life. So maybe the complete powerdown instead of a reboot fixed it for me. Anyway here is my current revision - https://github.com/Heratiki/macbook12-spi-driver that worked for me on 6.12.10-arch1-1
