How should tests work? Xunit? dotnet test?

Right now it uses batch files and runs programs but doesn't VALIDATE them. It's a smoke test at best.

It'd be nice if it had xunit and I could "Dotnet test"

Also, the tests now are in Sample Programs and the batch files are fragile.

Ideally I could "dotnet test" at the command line, I could add filewatchers and have it test all the time, and I could right click Run All Tests in VS
