Each time I try to enable scss-mode, I have this error poping and I fallback in fundamental-mode.

I guess something like the following could serve as a workaround, see antonj/scss-mode#42:

(with-eval-after-load 'flymake
  (require 'flymake-proc nil t))

However, I think we should rather remove the scss-mode package from the html layer (at least for Emacs 30 and later) in favour of the built-in (since Emacs 25) scss major mode. The built-in version does not provide commands such as scss-compile, but perhaps this does not need to be part of the major mode.

This is working for now. But I m really surprised that I'm the only one with this issue :(

I also think that we need to get rid of the old scss-mode and instead switch to the build in one.

I have added the workaround from @fnussbaum to the init code of scss-mode. However I was not able to reproduce your issue in my config. I assume its because I am not using flycheck instead of flymake and could not find flymake being anywhere in Spacemacs. Is this coming from a personal config?

Anyway please double check if this solved your problem.
