[Icon Request] Layout columns off (and possible layout rows off, etc...)

Use cases

1. Useful for a split view that can be enabled/disabled (to indicate that the split view can be disabled)

2. Remove a column layout in cases where there is only that icon that can represent a possible layout (if the other layout is special and there is no icon to switch between the two)

(PS : The use case can be extended to a horizontal layout, i.e. with the layout-rows and layout-list icons, which can also have a disabled variant)
