Pass autocompletion bugged after adding OTP entry

Im on fish shell, it's probably related

I added an OTP url called "github-2FA", and now when I type "pass " and press [tab], i get this thing selected immediately while I want to browse my directory passwords-store/../github/ full of passwords like it worked previously

What to do?

ok the issue is that "pass otp insert" creates a simple file, exactly like using "pass insert".........

there should be a dedicated directory like "otp/"
