Continue generating when faced with finish reason equals to length

Right now, it stops mid way in streamText and generateText instead of continuing when used with stopWhen.

we had this feature in ai sdk 4 (experimental). it was removed in ai sdk 5, because it is complex and error prone to implement across providers, and at the same time likely to be irrelevant in the future as model output lengths increase.
