Very often it happens to me that I'm not able to tell whether I'm at the beginning or at the end of a document. The scrollbar colors displayed by web browsers often do not provide enough distinctive information to tell:

So, I propose to add scrollbar-border-color, scrollbar-border-style and scrollbar-border-width properties to the CSS Scrollbars Styling Module for web authors to be able to support accessibility with their scrollbars:
