Relicense to Apache2 + MIT #35
Description
The original code is MIT-only but, as it has been discussed in this zulip thread we could (should?) relicense to Apache2 + MIT by moving the current LICENSE to LICENSE-MIT, leaving the copyright line (of course) and adding the Apache license alongside.
The change is trivial but I want to give heads-up to anyone involved.
