feat(user_settings): enhance profile edit functionality

• Adjust layout for better spacing
• Update avatar size for consistency
• Add nickname input field
• Improve phone and email input handling
• Add save functionality for phone and email
• Update localization strings for clarity
• Introduce initial value tracking for changes
