Block users list display for non Manager/Superadmin users in Authorization --> User Permissions
Motivation
Users list is a part of Global Configurations and should not be shown to users with non Manager/Superadmins access
Proposal
Block display of users list on Authorization --> User Permissions for non Manager/Superadmins
Testing Guideline [Optional]
Users with Manager and Super Admin access should be able to see the users list.
