Allow control over which URL shows up in the dashboard resource graph view

In 9.3, you can control whether resource URLs show up on both the Resources page table & resource details grid, or just the resource details grid.

We should consider extending this ability to include the Resources graph view, which currently only shows the address of the first URL for a resource, and not as a hyperlink.

Some things to consider:

• Should more than one URL be displayed on the graph view? If so, how?
• Should URLs be hyperlinks on the graph view?
• Should URL display text be shown on the graph view? Or associated endpoint name?
• Should you be able to control which URL(s) are shown on the graph view, separately to the resources table and resource details grid?
• Should you be able to have a URL visible on the resources table but not in the resource details grid? (currently you can't)

Right clicking on a resource now displays a context menu and the context menu has href URLs as options.
