feat(client, formatter): forge fmt is broken on Windows

[https://github.com//pull/359] this PR might work on Linux or Mac but it does not work on Windows since forge installation process is a bit different on Windows.
Error log when formatting:

If anyone encounters the same issue, here's the solution:
simply add this to your Path variables:

C:\Users\<YourUserName>\.foundry\bin

I actually thought that you did not have foundry installed in windows (installed via wsl only) so I rebuilt a machine and created these updated instructions to install it https://github.com/juanfranblanco/foundryup-windows

I think it might be a bit of an overkill since installing via Git Bash works fine
