Fixes #i3579

Changes:

Storage bar on assets page - fixed progress bar colors
Search bar outline contrast - improved border colors in all themes
File menu disabled options - better contrast for inactive items
Run/stop button states - clearer visual distinction between active/inactive
Modal inputs (like create file) - same input border improvements
